Tofu is dull. Tofu is boring. Wrong! Tofu is a blank canvas for you to do your culinary art upon. And culinary artist Alyssa is here to teach you how to combine tangy, zesty flavors with tofu to create wonderful meals! For example, she’ll show you how to make marinated tofu with wasabi cream sauce, a black bean salad with cilantro lime tofu crème with chipotle-maple tamari almonds. We’ll also make a nutritious and creamy Asian cucumber salad dressing, a tofu “omelet”, and then Alyssa will demonstrate how to make a coco-banana frozen dessert “pizza”.
