Lately, Alyssa has been experimenting with updated versions of traditional South Pacific cuisine and she wants to share the results of her Pacific exploration with you. We’ll be making a coconut curry stew with breadfruit, taro and yam, banana leaf wrapped bamboo rice, tofu ika mata style (with onion, lemon, tomato and coconut cream), and finally, breadfruit chips with coconut spinach dip.
