Lately, Alyssa has been experimenting with updated versions of traditional South Pacific cuisine and she wants to share the results of her Pacific exploration with you. We’ll be making a coconut curry stew with breadfruit, taro and yambanana leaf wrapped bamboo ricetofu ika mata style (with onion, lemon, tomato and coconut cream), and finally, breadfruit chips with coconut spinach dip.
